Return Eligibility Rules:

  1. Products eligible for return must have been purchased directly from Central HME.
  2. Products purchased must be in their original condition including all accessories, packaging materials, and documentation.
  3. Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Timeframe for Returns:

  1. Purchased Items:
    1. Non-defective products: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    2. Defective or damaged products: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to qualify for a return or exchange.
  2. Rented Items:
    1. You can rent for however long you would like! We rent by the week or month, depending on your location and the product rent. Contact for details!
      1. note - most insurances rent by the month.

Return Process: Purchased Equipment

  1. Contact our Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team either by phone or email. Provide the following details:
    1. Your order number or proof of purchase.
    2. Reason for return (defective, damaged, change of mind, etc.).
    3. Any relevant details regarding the product condition or issue.
  2. Approval and Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send the product back without obtaining an RA number.
